Adaptability of SMT placement machine

 

Operation Process of Patch Machine

  • To understand the common marking of placement machines

  • Turn on the patch power
  • Turn on the air conditioning switch, set the temperature 20℃-26℃;
  • turn on the machine total power and place the switch at "ON".
  • Check the environment around the placement machine
  • Check for obstructions around the shaft and remove them in time;
  • When feeding, pay attention to whether the feeder cover is fastened or not to prevent the feeder cover from rising.
  • Setup
  • turn on the power supply of the placement machine, the switch is placed at "ON" place;
  • Turn on the screen display device power (green switch), at this time the machine requires ZERO SETTTNG, to press the START key, the machine's X,Y axis will return to the original position of each, the machine has been in the state of return to zero, waiting to start production.
